Having finished reading Practice Perfect it has made me realise the difference made by codifying what teachers do. If you haven& #39;t picked up a copy of it, I& #39;d certainly recommend it.

The grids in the last tweet have helped me understand how each of those areas can be examined in my own teaching and also what I see day to day around the school. They help we think about what we can all do to improve.
