just phoned a patient to see how she is doing and she refused to speak to me because I don’t have a f*cking DR title. After explaining I can deal with her issue she said nah, I want a GP. I said cool - I’ll put you back on the list

Her response was ‘this is why black women are neglected in the NHS’ Are you actually kidding me
Honestly some patients are so bloody entitled

I’m here, working, phoning YOU to help you with your issue, on my birthday and you’re throwing the race card at me , when I can’t even see you so even if I wanted to be racist I couldn’t anyway

It’s times like this I hate being a physician associate in the NHS unfortunately, dealing with uneducated patients that treat and speak to you like sh*t just because you don’t have the Dr title :(
But we keep it moving. We remember the ones that love us
