3. In any college on any day you have so many different people from different backgrounds and different ages coming together for a common purpose. TO GET BETTER. #LoveOurColleges
4. They support their local communities. Whether that’s raising money for local charities like @AliceHouseHosp, school visits like those for @EGAtweets or important events for all of our community. #LoveOurColleges
5. They improve our economy. Not just now but for years and years and years to come. #LoveOurColleges
6. They give second chances (and third and fourth at times). Today I visited an @OneAwards Access to Health programme. We had career changers, those progressing within their career and lots following that dream they’ve always had. #LoveOurColleges

8. Personal reason. It changed my life. Like lots of young boys I dreamt of being a footballer. Signed for @Coventry_City wasn’t good enough but thankfully they put me through @coventrycollege and I got a BTEC qual that kickstarted the most amazing career.
