#Narcissists have 2versions of #discard: 1st is they leave you. Zero communication, have #newsupply, been #smearing you in preparation 4months, sometimes years. This will feel horrible & life ruining. They make sure you get the message they never cared about you. You go crazy
The 2nd is they make ur life so bad, so unbearable (covertly ofcourse) that u leave them. They have #newsupply, been smearing u & all the same things as version 1 except also add in that they are now the victim. Their story can be that you are the issue even more overtly now
In each option - you have been being smeared for a long long time, #newsupply has already been groomed & you go crazy...all of this unfolds in front of you & you literally have your mind blown..u start to horrifically realize nothing in ur relationship was what u thought It was
I write these tweets because each scenario is a TRAUMA. Ur life gets dismantled just all the sudden, u become the subject of gossip & slander, u deal w/ #newsupply seemingly taking ur life, u lose friends and nobody believes you
If you deal w/ ANY stress symptoms, health issues, anxiety - ANYTHING do not feel badly!! #discard is designed to ruin you! #Narcissists pick the way It will destroy u best! The fact that u are still standing is an absolute astonishing victory.
This is why #nocontact. This is why you get rid of anyone who claims to be “neutral”. There is no neutral. There cannot be. When you get back up again, get back up swinging!
