It& #39;s fascinating watching trump cultists discover a fun sense of humor for the first time. Most of us went through these silly phases in our early teenage years. But trump& #39;s base is going through it together now.

Growing up our circle of friends would develop a sense of humor that empowered us. It allowed us to turn the adults and the rest of the world into a joke we could laugh at any time. This is an important and empowering step in our psychological development.

And I& #39;m watching an entire subset of fully grown adults who should have gone through this phase in their teenage years go through it now. And they are publicly emboldening each other. The problem is this subset of fully grown adults is the racist trump cult.
