Children who previously had early intervention through PUF, public health, or school.

In Kenney& #39;s AB, it isn& #39;t about who needs (2/3)

Early intervention, it is about who can afford it.

Now, children will be left behind or segregated by parental income as early as age two.

This is what privatization looks like.

When they say there have been no cuts, they& #39;re flat out lying. The budget shows it.
