This person claiming to be a virologist attacked my DO degree & then proceeded to declare that HIV is harmless/AIDS isn& #39;t real. When asked to provide evidence that HIV PCRs are false + bc of other viruses & pregnancy she linked to the Abbott HIV PCR. Didn& #39;t go the way she wanted.
I love a good self own. She then deleted the tweet & blocked me not long after.
Of note, she invokes a classic germ theory denial tactic claiming HIV has never been isolated without cell culture. Well no shit. Viruses require cells to replicate. That& #39;s kinda the point.

Guaranteed this "virologist" has antivaccine sympathies since she is employing argument ad insertum. And much like an antivaxxer, she made a false claim about the insert.
