This is the information we were just handed by the government (before the official announcement, standby if there are changes). The red zone includes the Greater Montreal region (including Laval and the South Shore) as well as Quebec City and the Chaudiere-Appalaches @CTVMontreal
Having visitors at home (who live at a different address) is banned, with exceptions for caregivers and contractors for work that was already planned @CTVMontreal
Private gatherings are banned. Public gatherings have a cap of 25 people. Travel out of red zones is discouraged @CTVMontreal
Movie theatres, libraries, concert halls, restaurant dining rooms, bars, taverns, casinos all closed. Takeout is available for restaurants. @CTVMontreal
