The way I understand the new rules is teams will put in waiver claims today, then a player will have to test negative 2x (each separated by 24 hrs) before they can attend virtual meetings, and then after 3rd negative Covid test, they can join team.

Which makes me think we won’t see as many guys scooped up off waivers as normal because the turnaround basically means you won’t know what you have til Wednesday and by then it might be too late to go back

So I think a lot of teams will be able to get the majority of the guys they want on their respective practice squads
