Y& #39;see, I have a really weird relationship with social media. I work as a Big Social Media company as a software engineer, but I also suffer from a chronic lack of self-esteem and usually feel that nothing -- nothing! -- in my life is valuable to talk about.

It& #39;s a fucked up way of thinking. I& #39;ve felt this way since high school. And at least I recognize it& #39;s not healthy in the slightest, but acknowledging this doesn& #39;t stop me from being quiet in conversations by default.
