People buy from trustworthy Sellers

Feedback Scores & Seller Ratings
After an item is bought and delivered on EBay the buyer may rate their experience with the Seller
Those ratings are added to the seller's overall feedback & detailed seller rating score

Buyers rate the transaction as either POSITIVE

How EBay Calculates Feedback Score
Take 12 month period
Total positive ratings divided by total of positive & negative ratings combined
(excludes neutral & repeat buyer feedback)

Forgot one of the main ways to get feedback ASK THE BUYER IN A DIRECT MESSAGE
If the buyer has not provided feedback after a few days to a week contact the buyer,
thank them for the order, and ask them if they would please provide feedback at their earliest convenience
