encourage your team to attend meetups, so they share their experiences. Absolutely!
expand your pathways to accept bootcamps, recent graduates. Now this is interesting, as someone who works in a place who always hires juniors. It's super interesting to hear that the recruitment folks in Raleigh actively promote hiring juniors.

@al_the_x just talked about how a systematic process for hiring and onboarding is sometimes the last process we think about. Great point, especially for retention.
Wonderful point of difference that @melissa5618 brought up and Kristina and David also talked about. The idea that different companies are attractive to different people. The only way to work that out is to be honest.
