I find journalling very helpful to untangle my thoughts. Keeping a diary can help me figure out what's worrying me.
Walking, I can't run, but even a 20 minute walk in the fresh air can improve my mood and make me calmer.
Taking my medication at the same time everyday.

Alcohol may give you temporary relief from stress but alcohol is a depressant and the hangover is not worth it.
Caffeine increases your heart rate and is awful for someone who already suffers with aniexty, I'm done with coffee and now drinking herbal tea.
Ranting/laughing with a friend can be a huge relief when I get very stressed or upset.
If it won't matter in 5 years don't spent more than 5 minutes thinking about it.
I really struggle with my body image, and often wear baggy clothes to hide my body, I find laying out an outfit the night before makes it easier
Showering is very comforting to me
Lavender is just some kind of magic thing that when I smell it I feel better.

Self harm is self hatred, when the urge comes to self harm self love instead
Hanging out with Ellie, or making time to spend with animals in general helps me

Clean working space = clean mind
It's a tough oul road good days and bad but there are always ways you can help yourself. I find keeping a list of things that help so I can refer to it when I get bad helps.
