after that, you fill up all ur info in the boxes,, then put this in the description :

"My account (your @) got suspended but I didn& #39;t violate any twitter rules, therefore, suspended incorrectly. My account is really important to me since this is the only way i could communicate with my friends. also Twitter hasn& #39;t sent me an explanation on why i got suspended.
Note: you can add more stuff in the description and make sure to be polite <3
after that,, twt will send u an email to confirm its actually you,, so reply with this :
"I, (your name), state that I have read and understood Twitter& #39;s copyright policy, and I will not violate it in the future in any form."

note: i also got suspended before and i did these steps and got my acc back in less than 30mins. alw be patient and go get ur acc back
