There& #39;s a man whose name I heard for the 1st time in April, that I& #39;ve blocked on all social media, who sends me emails that he& #39;s filing a restraining orders against me? I feel like maybe if I& #39;m not communicating w/ him & doing all I can to avoid him that I& #39;m not the problem here.

He also sends emails with the subject line "CEASE AND DESIST" and then tells me because he said that, I am breaking the law if I talk about him? I feel like maaaaybe this guy doesn& #39;t understand how the law works.

Oops, I said "a restraining orders" when it should just say "restraining orders." He& #39;s told me this multiple times. Honestly, I kinda feel sorry for this guy.
