So this annoys me because my major episode involved me being naked and the police being called on me.

So after a while of being pinned to the ground handcuffed trying to fight against several police officers and swearing at them etc./generally making a scene I tired myself out a bit. In a moment of clarity I said this was probably a bipolar episode...

It was a rocky couple of days after that but once the anti-psychotics kicked in I was pretty much compliant and was back at work (at reduced capacity) two weeks later.
After a year attending the CAMEO service in Cambridge which is an early psychosis intervention service, I was pretty stable. I have not had a major episode since and have also been completely sober for over 4 years.
I guess the point of this thread is that black people have been shot at tweet #1 in this thread
Also I& #39;d talked to my GP about my concerns about my mental health several times in the previous month and was at A&E the night before asking for medication.
But that& #39;s a different thread.
