We submitted the 1-24 predictions to FFT for a June 25th deadline.
#WWFC had not announced its US investment & without it, it was known amongst EFL #circles that they would have to cut their (already small for L1) playing budget by around 30%.
They’d survived by 3pts 18/19.

There were 10-12 players on the books at that time. Gape & Charles hadn’t re-signed yet.
Then, the guardian angel arrived.
