People don’t understand how important eating is and how to eat sooo....lemme tell you(Thread)
First you gotta understand this. The body will compensate if you don’t have enough nutrients. How?t he body will prioritize surviving right now versus later if your deficient in nutrients
Ex: let’s say your calcium deficient. The body will purposely take calcium from your bones because there’s no calcium in the blood. That’s because the body wants to survive at the moment. Calcium is needed for muscles and nerves, that’s way more important than having strong bones
My point is nutritent deficiencies will result in problems later and you might not even know you have them. If your nutritent deficient the body will turn off/ down regulate certain genes because the body doesn’t have enough operate all your genes. Okay... now how to eat
First let’s start with things to avoid
-Vegetable oils
-Refined carbs
-Inflammatory plant foods
-Processed foods
Read the ingredients list, there are 100 different names for sugar. Basically avoid junk food,if you can’t find substitutions and I will explain something else later
Now that you stopped eating that crap you gotta introduce nutrient density in your diet. This is when things get tricky. Modern medicine / big pharma have convinced literally everyone that fruit and vegetables are these magical things and if we them we’ll live to a 100.
There are two things the body needs. Nutrition and caloric intake. Plants have caloric intake but barely any nutrients. Why? This has to do with bioavailability and anti nutrients. Listen to this, this is gonna be crazy, no study needed
Everyone right now has iron in their body. Heme iron, to be specific. You see, plants have iron too. But the thing is plants don’t bleed do they. No, this means the form of iron is plants is different to humans. Meaning the body has to work to convert it to a useable form
This goes to most nutrients in plants. They have different forms of nutrients. That’s why they their not nutrient dense.The body has a tough time utilizating it.
Most people think whole wheat bread, oats, whole wheat things are healthy but there NOT. They have lots of anti nutrients that prevent the absorbs of vitamins and minerals. And the form of nutrients in them are not readily available to the body.
Big pharma convinced the whole world that saturated fat, cholesterol, animals foods are bad for you. You see, that’s the problem. Animals food have the available form of nutrients the body can use and they have a complete amino acid(protein) and plants don’t have that, PERIOD
You can eat the lettuce salad everyday if you want, but am telling you it won’t make a difference. And yess, animal foods have fiber. Most of the body is made of fat. And those fats need fat soluble vitamins.
Just because it’s say on the nutrition facts that a carrot has %100 vitamin A. That means nothing. The vitamin A the body uses is retinol. Plants don’t have retionol, they have beta carotene. You see, different forms of nutrients.
Animal foods have elements that the body uses that plants don’t even have at all. I hope I’ve showed you have how important animal foods are .To sum it up. Make sure your diet is made up of mostly animal foods. Make sure it’s organic, grass fed. 😊
