Now: Some people left the meeting and are outside preparing to march. Additional police officers are on standby outside. The informal hearing is still going on inside. They are not letting anyone else come in to @DukeEnergy right now other than police and media. @WLWT
A group of a few dozen protesters just left @DukeEnergy. Unclear where they’re headed. There are still app. 100 people inside the ballroom testifying before the remaining members of city council @WLWT
