I’ve been extremely lucky to have had a great career in education, including 9 years as a Sec Head and 23 years in all working with some fantastic people and friends across the@YorkEducation community of LA, schools, trusts and other partners

At the end of a “half term” week in which I have never worked harder, just want to remind @educationgovuk and @GavinWilliamson how hard everyone is working on the wider opening of schools which will occur over the next few days and weeks

It’s one thing to announce stuff from a podium in @10DowningStreet but much harder to make it happen on the ground. Huge thanks and much respect to those who are doing this great work, I am genuinely humbled by my experiences of working with you all.
