Go to Bapuji Nagar,1000s of people are without mask,how many pillions travelling in a bike,how many ppl traveling in an auto go & check,just harassing a biker because mask is below the nose & taking a fine of Rs.500 won& #39;t help,saddened by the experience @DGPOdisha @sagarika_nath
