I haven& #39;t sent any BTC in over a year ( #hodl) but is it really $4 to send a basic tx? And that& #39;s "low"??!

It& #39;s also amazing that I live in the crypto space (granted not so much the BTC space) and I have NO idea what fee is reasonable.

I don& #39;t even know what to google to get the fee I should set.

Guys. We have to fix this.

For the record, no one googles "BTC mempool" nor "jochen-hoenicke" to figure out what fee they should use to send a fucking transaction.

So I overpaid for my required needs even when I manually lowered the fee by "a lot"
