One of the things to realize is that once you& #39;re generally regarded as an influencer on SM, there are people who will tweet/post provocative things at you solely for attention-seeking purposes. They want to get you angry, elicit a response from you. Learn to spot them.

They know that a response from you will bring attention to their handle. And attention = followers, clout etc.

Don& #39;t fall for it, ever. Mute, Block, or Ignore. No apologies. Some desperate ones will even try to use your blockage for clout, Ignore still. LOL.

Happens on IG a lot. A random troll will make a very provocative comment about a Nollywood celebrity, in the comments on a post by the celebrity. Celebrity, instead of ignoring/blocking, will reply.
