US based doctors: What are the changes you want to see in our system once we get through this. Here’s my Top 3. Please add/comment:

1) Medical Licensure valid nationally by automatic reciprocal approval
2) End MOC
3) Make current billing process for phone/video visits permanent

I add.
4) Universal Health Care.
