Lament to care
1.They didn& #39;t ask where I wanted to live when they took me into care.
They didn& #39;t ask when they moved me on, from here, to there, to where?
I wasn& #39;t asked when they made me leave, although I had a view.
Now they all meet without me, as they plan a Care Review

2. I spent so many years in care, I know it very well.
I saw first hand the highs & lows, so much I cannot tell.
I have so much to share with them, so much they never knew.
But now they all meet without me as they plan a Care Review.

3. They& #39;ve asked so many people, all experts I am told.
But few of them have been in care, or lived out in the cold.
I guess I& #39;m just invisible, like most of us, it& #39;s true.
