i was a scribe in an ED at a major hospital and we were taught not to ask the physicians too many questions + to just "google" things they said -- i cannot tell you the number of times i wrote "neck fash" because all variations i tried googling came up with 0 results...

they were saying "nec fasc"

also when i had one physician who just was throwing out & #39;DIP, PIP& #39; when examining a hand injury and i was just wildly hitting random letters on the keyboard lmao
