But, as with the #bankingcrisis, ye are wrong.
As with that crisis, many lives are lost, blood sacrifices on the altar of inept/incapable/corrupt/complicit governance, captured by the needy greedy corporate few.

3. Back then, those greedy few were bailed out of a crisis THEY caused, and we - the people - were burdened with both blame & cost. Socialism for the haves, austerity for the have-nots.
It& #39;s happening now all over again with this #COVIDー19 crisis, and again, media is complicit.

4. The rapidly-widening gap between have/have-nots is the result of corporate greed, unfettered by Reagan/Thatcher, unregulated now globally, the few fattening & fattening on the flesh of the many.
Public services are decimated, food/water/health/education etc commodified.

5. None of this - NONE of it - would have been possible without a) a captured governance structure, and b) a compliant, unquestiong media.
Through the #BankingCrisis, and now through the #COVIDー19 crisis, we have/have had both.
