I’m not stunned by government tyranny and idiocy. That’s to be expected.

But I am genuinely stunned how many Americans in both political parties turned into frightened lemmings and begged government to wreck us because of a virus. Absolutely stunned.

You never stop a $20 trillion economy. Ever. For any reason. You can make adjustments during a pandemic or a war. But you never pull the plug and order it to stop.

There’s a reason no nation in history has ever done that. I’m disgusted.
