Also, in response to the email asking for third term rent payment, I would like to know what “operational and front-line key services” are being provided to us as students? Are these not being provided to Sillitoe Court?
The cost of staff and utilities will be reduced dramatically as the majority of student have vacated the accommodation. And why does this not apply to Sillitoe Court and other blocks relieved from their tenancy?
