I’ve never used and never needed eggs in my macaroni and cheese and seeing people say you need a few to bind it makes me wonder what they’re lacking in their recipes

And I make it SEVERAL WAYS (roux, pie, etc)

Never needed a single egg to keep it together

I’m still weirded out by that video
And I’m not eating your mac if it has eggs in it
