Genuine question: Why aren& #39;t grocery stores limited to delivery and curbside pickup only, exactly like restaurants? Wouldn& #39;t that give store workers and delivery drivers more protection by minimizing the number of people they were exposed to?

I know delivery windows are a problem, but if there was a table set up outside to pick up orders, wouldn& #39;t that minimize exposure for all involved? Orders could be placed over the phone if someone doesn& #39;t have internet. Fewer people inside the store, fewer in person transactions
