#filipinotwitter and also whoever: i never got the chance to take asian-american studies during undergrad (because my school didn’t..... offer it lol); what are some foundational texts i should read?

the way that my university is 1. located in the nyc metro area and 2. in an area with a pretty significant asian population and yet only offered Asian Studies (read: japanese, korean and chinese studies)...... their minds !
