Rant time - I work in two fields, neither of which pays a whole lot. But it really works me that people are ordering in and either not tipping or tipping very little. Do you not tip your waiter/waitress in a restaurant? And you usually tip 15-20%, right?

Then can anyone tell me why delivery drivers are getting tipped like they make $$$$$$$? Examples are below from some of my DoorDashes over this last week. Don& #39;t get me wrong, I LOVE helping people, which is why I& #39;m in my main line of work as a Home Health Aide

BUT!! I am a front line worker, bringing groceries AND hot cooked meals to everyone in quarantine, but barely any tips, despite many people imploring that folks tip their delivery drivers. The best tip I& #39;ve gotten was on an alcohol delivery, and STILL wasn& #39;t 10%!
