For those who try to lower Michael Jordan based on his financial decisions, here is a thread
In 2016, Jordan pledged two large donations to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund and the International Association of Chiefs of Police& #39;s new Institute for Community-Police Relations after a string of police-involved shootings.
More recently, he donated $2 million to Hurricane Florence relief efforts.
Jordan gave an estimated $8.9 million to youth charities in Chicago. "The 23 charities I& #39;ve chosen to make donations to all support the health, education and well-being of the kids of Chicago. Chicago has given me so much and I want to give back to its kids — the city& #39;s future."
