I didn& #39;t expect this tweet to get the attention it has, but am glad of it. I hope it makes a few people question the reality of what we are becoming and where we are going. Never again.

They& #39;re not patriots - rack up the Nationalism, make working in working in given professions harder. Separate. Glorify national history in schools, making it clear & #39;others& #39; are not part of it. Next, & #39;protective& #39; custody, & #39;allow& #39; violence to occur. Begin talk of & #39;relocation& #39;. 2/2

It& #39;s a slow, drip, drip, drip until people who were once neighbours, possibly friends become & #39;less& #39;. You are encouraged to think of them as & #39;not like you& #39;, an & #39;enemy within& #39;. Bit by bit, you stop thinking about and eventually questioning their fate.
